Dale Margaret Rogers

January 28, 1951 — April 15, 2026

Weatherford, Oklahoma

Dale Margaret Rogers, age 77, of Weatherford, Oklahoma, was born January 28, 1949, in New York to Silbert Franklin and Margaret Elizabeth “Peg” (Koerner) Rogers. She passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

Dale was raised in New York and graduated from Grand Gorge High School in 1969. In 1971, she married the love of her life, George E. Rogers, and together they built a life centered on family, hard work, and devotion. The couple later moved to Clayton, Oklahoma, where Dale lived for over 30 years before spending the last 10 years in Weatherford.

Dale was a talented cook who took great pride in her work, mastering her craft in the kitchen and sharing her meals with those she loved. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life—watching movies, especially westerns, fishing, and even driving semi-trucks. Above all, she cherished time spent with her family, especially attending her grandchildren’s events and supporting them in all they did.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Silbert and Peg Rogers; her beloved husband, George E. Rogers; her sons, John Rogers and wife Rhonda of Georgia, Robert Rogers and wife Crystal of Weatherford, and Bill Rogers and wife Connie of Clayton, Oklahoma; her sisters, Loretta Hyer and husband Roland of North Pitcher, New York, and Barbara Skinner and husband Bill of Las Vegas, Nevada; as well as her grandchildren, Blain Rogers, Jaycee Rogers, Tanner Rogers, Americis Rogers, Shiloh Rogers, and Dominic Rogers.

Dale is survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and dear friends who will continue to cherish her memory.

Dale will be remembered for her strong spirit, her love for her family, and the warmth she brought into the lives of those around her.
