Emma Delphine Roush

A private burial for Emma Delphine Roush, 84, of Seiling, Oklahoma, will be held in the Clinton Cemetery, officiated by her family and under the direction of the Lee Hometown Funeral Home.

Emma Delphine Roush was born August 16, 1941, in Canton, Oklahoma, to Walter O’Neill and Molly (Reed) O’Neill. She passed away Sunday, March 15, 2026, at the Seiling Nursing Home in Seiling, Oklahoma.

Delphine was raised in Eagle City, Oklahoma, and attended school in Eagle City as well as Canton. She married William Keith Roush on April 13, 1959, in Woodward, Oklahoma, and the couple made their home in Clinton. She worked as a dietitian at Prairie View Nursing Home for many years. Delphine enjoyed needlework and crocheting and was known for the care she put into the things she made for family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband; two brothers, Chuck O’Neill and Edward O’Neill; and one sister, Eunice Richter.

She is survived by two sons, Gaylin Roush and wife Margie of Elk City, Oklahoma, and Ricky Roush and wife Tracy of Clinton, Oklahoma; one daughter, Beverly Roush of Clinton, Oklahoma; one brother, Eugene O’Neill and wife Judy of Eagle City, Oklahoma; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
