Jacob was raised in Thomas and graduated from Thomas High School in 2012. He made Thomas his home throughout his life and worked various jobs in the Thomas and Clinton areas.

Jacob enjoyed gaming on his PlayStation and had a great love for music. He also loved to travel, especially with his mother, Sandra. Jacob was a member of the Native American Church and was proud of his family, heritage, and traditions.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Williams; maternal grandparents, Edna Hadley and Billy Gene Williams Sr.; paternal grandparents, Jessie Allrunner-Youngbear and Herman Youngbear; paternal great-grandfather and namesake, Cheyenne Chief Jacob Allrunner, and his wife, Sage; grandmother, Eunice Hadley; aunt, Della French; and brothers, Steven Howlingwater and Ryan RedBird.
