Khyro Marcos Rivera

Khyro Marcos Rivera, infant son of Walter and Mireya (Hernandez) Rivera, was born on April 21, 2025, in Amarillo, Texas, and passed away peacefully in the arms of his parents on April 29, 2025, at BSA Hospital in Amarillo. Though his time on earth was brief, Khyro was deeply loved every moment of his eight days, and his parents remained by his side throughout his stay.

Khyro was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Andrea Cruz Salinas, and his maternal grandfather, Marcos Hernandez.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Walter and Mireya Rivera of Amarillo; his aunt and uncle, Cassandra Rivera and Jayro Rivera, both of Clinton; his paternal grandfather, Margarito Rivera of Clinton; and his maternal grandmother, Silvia Acevedo, also of Clinton.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, May 2, 2025, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Clinton, with Father Mandagiri Balaswamy officiating. Services are under the direction of Lee Hometown Funeral Home.

Though his life was short, Khyro touched the hearts of many and will be forever remembered with love.
