Mario DeShaun Moore, age 44, of Oklahoma City and former Clinton resident, was born February 22, 1981, in Oklahoma City to Roosevelt and Mary (Taylor) Moore. He passed away on June 4, 2025, in Oklahoma City.

Mario was raised in Clinton during his early years and attended Clinton Elementary School. As a youth, he relocated to Oklahoma City, where he later graduated from Douglas High School. He went on to complete the Job Corps program in Guthrie, Oklahoma, where he developed skills that would support his career as a talented carpenter. Mario took great pride in working with his hands, especially in woodworking, and was known for his craftsmanship and attention to detail.

More than anything, Mario loved spending time with his family and friends. His greatest joy in life was his children, and he cherished every moment shared with them.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 27, 2025, at the Clinton Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Lee Hometown Funeral Home.
