Paul Aguirre Jr.
Paul Aguirre Jr., age 57, of Clinton, passed away Friday, August 22, 2025, at the Weatherford Hospital. He was born February 28, 1968, in Clinton to Pablo Sr., and Guadalupe (Casias) Aguirre
Paul was raised in Clinton and attended Clinton schools. A man full of joy and kindness, he was well known throughout the community and was often seen walking around town with his trademark smile. He loved attending The EDGE Church, where his faith was important to him. Paul was a proud supporter of the Clinton Red Tornadoes, never missing a football game if he could help it. He also cheered faithfully for the OU Sooners and the Dallas Cowboys. At home, he enjoyed caring for farm animals and found happiness in the simple pleasures of life.
Paul worked for Life Circles in Weatherford and was always eager to lend a hand in the community. He never had a harsh word for anyone, and those who knew him will always remember his cheerful spirit and the joy he shared with others.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Guadalupe Aguirre, and his sister, Diana Adams.
Left to cherish his memory are his father, Pablo Aguirre Sr. of Arapaho; his special friend, Sue Penner of Arapaho; his sisters, Rosemary Aguirre of Arapaho and Nati Villaneva and husband Juan of Clinton; his nieces and nephews, Vanessa Lara and husband Ervey of Arapaho, Veronica Villaneva and partner Grant Peterson of Clinton, Jason Villaneva, Jonathon Villaneva, and Valerie Villaneva, all of Clinton; Alisha Villanueva, Teresa Villanueva, and Rosalinda Villanueva, along with a host of other relatives and countless friends.
A memorial service to celebrate Paul’s life will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at the Hyman Memorial Chapel, officiated by Pastor Wilma Jackson, and under the direction of Lee Hometown Funeral Home.
