Ronald Dean Faulkner
October 31, 1946 – March 13, 2026
Ronald Dean Faulkner, 79, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2026. Ronnie was born October 31, 1946, in Hugo, Oklahoma, to C.D. and Audrey (Warren) Faulkner.
He graduated from Borger High School in Borger, Texas, in 1965 and later attended West Texas State College in Canyon, Texas. In 1969, Ronnie began his career with Western Company in Borger, Texas. He remained dedicated to his work through many changes in the industry, continuing with the company through its transition to BJ Services in 1995 until his retirement in 2009.
Ronnie married Dora Jean Henslee in 1972, and they welcomed their daughter, Kim, in 1973. The family later lived in Kilgore, Texas. In 1982, Ronnie moved to Clinton, Oklahoma, where he later married Deanna Morgan. Their son, Christian, was born in 1991.
Ronnie enjoyed baseball and was especially proud to watch his son Chris play over the years. He also enjoyed playing golf and traveling to tournaments with friends. Ronnie appreciated the simple things in life and especially enjoyed a pot of brown beans and cornbread.
He was preceded in death by his parents, C.D. and Audrey Faulkner.
Ronnie is survived by his daughter, Kim Kerbo of Borger, Texas; son, Christian Faulkner of Pennsylvania; stepdaughter, Tosha Redd and husband Jason of Elk City, Oklahoma; grandsons, Dakota Kerbo of Borger, Texas, Logan Kerbo and wife Paige of Wheeler, Texas, and Jack Redd of Elk City, Oklahoma; granddaughter, Norah Redd of Elk City, Oklahoma; five great-grandchildren; and sisters, Diane Gonzalez of McKinney, Texas, and Sheila Smith of Fort Worth, Texas.
The family would like to thank Shepherd Home Health and Hospice, especially nurse Courtney, for their compassionate care. They also wish to thank Jason Hulin and Chuck Ackley for their friendship and support.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Clinton Red Tornado Baseball Booster Club, they can be dropped off at the High School or at the Funeral Home office.
A memorial service for Ronnie will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at the Hyman Memorial Chapel located in the Lee Hometown Funeral Home. Services will be officiated by Doyle Kinney, and the services are under the direction of the Lee Hometown Funeral Home.
