Roy “Victor” Victory Allison, age 82, of Clinton, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, surrounded by his loving wife and close family. He was born November 25, 1942, in Stafford, Oklahoma, to Hughy Albert and Rebecca Mae (Lindsey) Allison.

Victor was raised in the Foss and Stafford communities and graduated from Stafford High School with the Class of 1961. A man of strong faith, he was a proud and devoted member of the Clinton Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

On February 28, 1991, Victor married the love of his life, Melissa K. Clements, and together they built a life filled with love, hard work, and cherished memories.

Victor worked in various roles throughout western Oklahoma, including Bill's Bakery, Watonga Prison, several local farms, and as a truck driver for Malone’s Food Service. He also worked at DX gas stations (Mobile, Conoco, Texaco), Pizza Hut, and S & D Pharmacy. He was known for his strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever he was needed.

Outside of work, Victor found joy in the outdoors. He loved hunting, fishing, and water walking. A true cowboy at heart, he enjoyed reading western novels and took great pride in handcrafting dream catchers for his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hughy and Rebecca Allison; sisters, Mildred Carter, Vera Mae Hammer, and Louise Adams; brothers, James Allison and William Allison; two grandsons, Ethan O’Neale and Chris Landers Sr.; and two great-grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Melissa Allison of the home; sons: James Allison and wife Maxine of Clinton, Curtis Allison of Clinton, Terry Allison and wife Mary of Clinton, Elvis Allison of Clinton, John Tuck of Clinton, Tim Tuck and wife Christy of Pryor, Ricky Woodward of Pryor, and Justin Clements of Clinton; daughters: Brandy Barrera and husband Chewy of Clinton, Amber O’Neale and husband Scott Blanz of Burns Flat, and Alta McGinnis of Clinton; sisters: Faye Gonzales of Phoenix, Myrtle Leisure of Guymon, Pat Jernigan of Elk City, and Shirley Allison of Kansas. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, and numerous great- and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at the Clinton Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, with Bishop Chastine and Jessie Musick officiating. Burial will follow at Union Hatchett Cemetery near Bessie, Oklahoma.

Services are under the direction of the Lee Hometown Funeral Home of Clinton.
