Victor Edwin Tisher, age 80, of Clinton, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, June 29, 2025, surrounded by his beloved family. He was born May 7, 1945, in Guthrie, Oklahoma, to Louis and Marie (Hollman) Tisher.
Victor was raised in Guthrie and graduated from Guthrie High School in 1963. He attended Oklahoma State University for a year before answering the call to serve his country in the United States Army.
