Vonna “Sue” Phillips, age 72, lifelong resident of Arapaho, passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born March 7, 1953, in Sentinel, Oklahoma, to Virgil Neal and Viola (Shockey) Smith.
Sue was raised in Clinton and graduated from Clinton High School with the Class of 1971. She worked for more than 30 years at Oklahoma Bank & Trust, where she was known for her kindness, professionalism, and dedication, retiring in 2015. Her favorite scripture was the 23rd Psalm, a reflection of her deep and steady faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil Neal and Viola Smith, and her sister, Beth Powers.
